100% would recommend! Called them up with a sliding door problem, they tried to diagnose over the phone and told me to come in the next day. 5 mins after arriving I was on my way with the door fixed and an explanation as to what happened! Perfect!

I had my vehicle in for repairs under insurance, while my vehicle was there there were great and very helpful.However , if anything is on back order or waiting for parts when your take you vehicle- Communication is extremely poor regarding updates, as I had to call many times to receive any kind of updates.Overall experience very good

spoke to the lady at front desk asking if I could get a quote for some damage to my van. Asked one guy to come and help. As soon as I saw his face and body language I could tell he was going to do anything to avoid work. My van was parked across the road but I was asked to drive it over the road, too lazy to cross the road. Their side of road packed with cars and trucks so obviously not possible. I repeated its just across the road. Takes one step out of building and without even seeing the damage or crossing the road I am told my van is too high so they cant help. Seems stupid a repair shop that can only do sedans . Clearly too lazy and uninterested to even pretend to care or help. Went to Mirror Finish Accident Repair in East Geelong and got fantastic help.

Just wanted to thank the guys at Motor One for fixing my Mazda. Unfortunately someone had run into the back of my car and damaged the brake/indicator light. The guys put light back for me swiftly and did not charge me, so thank you so much. Would definitely recommend this business 🙂

It took over 2 months to get my vehicle back and the engine light is still on and a few other little things were missing or need to be properly fixed. Pretty disappointed with the service

Very impressed and will definitely recommend highly. Turned my vehicle around in five days. Clear communication from start to finish. Amazing work and excellent service.Bannockburn Panel repairs were excellent through every stage for my bumper damage repair. Quick and easy assessment, easy booking in the repair, amazing service arranging Uber drop off and pickup from the rental car company the insurance company arranged. And amazing workmanship. Car nice and clean with tyres dressed and also a quick vacuum inside also. Above and beyond from my experience!Thanks again guys!
